Practical Application / use of Crystal:

• Crystal Clusters: when many crystals grow together from the same base, are wonderful for the families at home. Each person does his own thing while moving out fro the same home base. Cluster contains polarities of positive and negative. Clusters placed in office room or waiting room anywhere creates harmony and balance.
• Crystals can be used for re-energising and rejuvenating your body.
•  Another method of recharging is to hold a crystal over the thymus. If you place a crystal on this area for four to five minutes you will revitalise the thymus and throughout the body.
•  For meditation it is also advisable to hold the crystal in the left hand. This awakens the part of your mind that enjoy the expansion of consciousness that meditation brings.
•  A clear quartz cluster of sizable rose quartz piece placed on or directly near the electrical appliances will shield and reduce the harmful effects. Place a crystal bowl with tumbled near the telephone when you want to boost business activities.
•  Restoring sleep: different type of sleeplessness will need different gemstones to ease them. For eg if tension and worry is the cause of restlessness try Amethyst, Rose Quartz or citrine.
•  Clear quartz will bring stillness to the mind and a grounding stone prevents your mind straying.
•  At the office  crystals should be kept in the workshops and not transferred to living areas Good crystals for the workshops are Rose Quartz, Emeralds, Jasper, Clusters, clear quartz, Jade , Fluorite.
•  Relieving pain:  Pain is the body’s’ way of letting you know that something is wrong and needs attention. In general all cool coloured stones – Blue, Indigo, and Violet will help calm painful areas.
